You can find Eczema treatment ratings at . Almost 1,000 people have contributed to the Eczema charts on the site.

Triamcinolone (a steroid) seems to have the highest average effectiveness rating. If you want to avoid steroids, it looks like avoiding environmental allergens, moisturizing frequently and reducing stress are the top performers. There are lots of other options listed and rated as well.

Try apple cider vinegar. That us, organic apple cider vinegar with the mother. Many people have found this sucesfull and it's natural which makes it even better. Drink with water, 2 tablespoons of acv three times a day. You can also apply on the skin but MUST be diluted 50/50 with water or else it will hurt like HELL. You can research more on this method. I'm not advertising or anything but I really recommend you look at there are alot of suggestions on how to get rid of eczema naturally . I had a really bad outbreak couple months ago. From my forehead to my belly button. Tried everything medical. Then started showering only using sensitive soap under arms and private area. Washed hair with baking soda and the rinsed with apple cider. Also 1/4 cup apple cider to 2 cups water washed my rash area. Them put my locoid cream on. I also gave up dairy except tlbspoon milk with first cuppa. Then drunk green tea after first cup of normal tea. Stopped all carbs. Ate 2fruit a day. Veggies and white meat. Sanity has returned my skin is almost clear. Eczema wears your body out, stops you having a good nights sleep, kicks hell out of your self confidence, sense of self worth. Some time when it's bad all you want to do is hide away from staring eyes, mean whispers. Or that's how you feel. Depressing. But what helped me I a not alone. So many have it worse. Doesn't mean I'm happy about that just feel someone else understands.

I have suffer from dry skin and eczema and apply honey does work, as its an antiseptic. I know use a lotion with honey it in instead - i use the Made From Earth Holistic Honey Lotion - it smells gorgeous and has aided the clearing of my eczema wonderfully. It is quickly absorbed and I found had a soothing, cooling effect on my hand.

I am not sure if this sounds weird, but I really got a big help with eczema from the product by the name PIP by probiocare. I hope my experience could be helpful to anyone else.
