My son has eczema and it was really bad there for a while and then I started reducing the number of baths I gave him. I used to give him a bath everyday and now I give him one every 3 days.(and sponge him down everyday in between, also when I do give him a bath right after I put his desonide ontmint over the areas that eczema tends to affect) let me tell you his skin is so clear now it's hard to tell he even has it. I'v even had mothers of kids with eczema ask me what I was doing differnt because it was so bad one week and clear the next. My advice reduce the baths and see if it works:-) I hope you find a way to get it undercontol

Hi Manxie--
I have a daughter who was born with eczema and like you I tried to learn what I could do to help. I read as much as I could find about skin care, washing, products, diet and more. I have shared those things that I learned on a website called myskinbetter. It is just a free-informational website---not selling products or systems or books--just sharing info. I hope you find it helpful and if you do, please spread the word to help others.

the address is: www.myskinbetter.com

Hey Manxie!
You can try an oatmeal bath to relieve the itchiness of her eczema rashes. Grind about 6-8 cups of raw oatmeal using a blender and mix the ground oatmeal in a tub of cool or lukewarm water. Let your daughter soak in the oatmeal bath for 30 minutes before washing her off with just cool water and patting her dry with a cotton towel :)
