Soy and Gluten free foods

I think I may try to eliminate soy and gluten from my diet as I have had eczema for ten years and it never gets any better. Does anyone know of a website or have a list of foods that contain soy and gluten?
Also, does anyone know if dairy and sugar can be a trigger?

I'm not sure of a website of the list of foods that are soy and gluten free. But I know of a cereal that is gluten free. It's called "Rice Chex". It tastes real good. I have it with goat milk.

Don't know if you are still looking for information on gluten-free, but if you are, head over to www.celiac.com . They have some of the best products and advice, as well as recipes. We tried gluten and soy free for my son, but gave it up after 6 months when we didn't see any real progress. That site seemed to be one of the best.
