How I cured my eczema.

You probably won't take what I say too seriously, since I'm not an expert. But I had eczema on my hands for years and tried loads of different treatments that only worked temporarily. This method however worked and I never scratch the skin on my hands anymore.
I took (and still take) cod liver oil every day. Whenever I have a bath, I bathe with a few drops of Extra Virgin Olive oil in the water. That's all I did, and after years of taking Aqueous cream, doing that for about a month cleared the eczema right up. I stopped taking Aqueous cream and did that instead.
I thought I'd study eczema myself and it became clear to me that to rehydrate the dry skin you have to put the oil in the skin, because it's that lack of oil that means the water can't be held in. The difference between dry, eczema-prone skin and normal skin is that dry skin lacks the oils that help keeps water in. I'm a bright person, and it was only when I tried to solve the problem myself that the problem actually got solved!
So please try this because honestly it worked for me. If it works for you, spread the word!
