I have tried several topical over the years and most seem to wear off over time. When my eczema worsens my doctor gives me a injection called kenalog injection. My symptoms started to clear up the next day and by the end of the week totally gone. This shot last me one month before I start to see symptoms again and then I use my cream called Betamethasone Dipropionate. But there are times the cream doesn't help and I see the doc for another shot. The shots are such a re leaf and the best thing for me. I do hope this may help. Please do your research and make sure you see the right doctor for the matter. Please see dermatologist to help.

A great cream that I found that helped my father with his Eczema is called Dermikelp, it contains no cortisone and is even save to use on children from infant age!!, the main ingredient is natural (Kelp):) this really worked well for him, hope this will help others out there

Cortisone creams of all types thin the skin and cause wrinkles in a short amount of time, so be careful.

I watched as my god son struggle for years. I felt so helpless. HE was teased because his eczema was uncontrolled. I decided to try FREEDERM. And five years later he's still eczema free. NO more scratching until it bleeds or oozes and no more taught from his peers. His self esteem improved and now he's more out going. Try it. It will work for u... I promise

I have been suffering from eczema for over 20 yrs. The only thing that has helped is going to a chiropractor that offers a nutrtional plan.
I had eczema on my hands for 15 years. Blisters ,itching etc. Was using the steroid creme to try and keep it in check that makes you bruise easy. I started taking gardening seriously a few years ago using the Back to Eden method and grew some russian kale. I have been eating the kale right off the plant raw to get maximum benefit.Mainly as a cancer prevention thing . About a month ago I noticed my hand eczema had cleared up. Haven't used the creme for over a month now. I still eat a lot of crap but apparently the kale is giving me something i was missing in my diet allowing my body to resist the disease. As winter approaches it will be interesting to see if the eczema comes back since I will probably be without kale for 3 months or so.

I am so tired of seeing so many people keep trying different medicines and creams. This stuff only treats symptoms and once you stop taking them boom the eczema is back.
Like a lot have already said, most of these meds and cream are not even good for you.
I cured my eczema through something I found online but don't want to sound like I am promoting it. I have no affiliation whatsoever.
For the sake of helping someone I will post the link and if it looks like forum spam i am sorry as it is not.
www.BeatEczema.com is the name of the site and i tried it about 5 months ago. It took about 3 weeks to see results but now everything is completely gone.

Well, here is my story, unfortunately Iíve been suffering with a skin issue for many years, my skin has always been extremely sensitive and at age 39 Iíve got my first eczema flare up. Since then it has been non stop struggle. As soon as I found Eczur, at least I am able to control this annoying problemÖ.. And for people who are struggling with the same issue knows exactly what I mean.
