how do I know if this is an attack

ever since my two attacks/hosptial stays last srping I have this wierd pain in left side-low area that comes and goes- it started prtetty good last night but uusaully it goes away by morning- it is more of an evening thing- like after ive eaten all day. but this am it is lingering. Im freaking out b/c i went back onthe plaquenil for the sjogrens and still afraid that makes me more susceptible to an attaCK. ITS THE WEEKEND SO i guess if it gets bad I have to go to ER andd risk catching H1N1. I have a bottle of augmentin. Id hate to start an atibiotic if its not diver- do you all get a sensitvie spot after a bad attack? the last visit in the hosptial I had a micro perf.

Ive only just found out I have div spent 5 days in hospital for pain that the doctor first thought may have been kidney stones anyway after i came outof hospital i kept telling my doctor i still have not pain butlike pressure after another round of tests worked out I still had an infection, since then Ive just had a colonoscopy to find out why because I too had a micro perf. My question being do the mico perf, heal themselves because they are so small?
I havent been back for my results as yet but just saw your comment and wondered what happened with yours?
