Does stevia as a sweetener lower blood pressure and glucose levels?

Been using stevia (measured packets) for over a year but I still don't know how much potassium is involved. I am on a low sugar, low potassium, low salt diet due to chronic renal failure, congestive heart failure, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, high triglyceride problems. Any answers?
