Medtronic - Insulin pump was never used since the initial pump came with a slight crack and while Medtronic replaced it with this one, I prefer using insulin syringes. I no longer have the box though because I took the device to show my medical students when we were covering the diabetes component of the curriculum.

Hi - thanks for your interest. The pump was sent to me as a new replacement unit by Medtronic in 2011. It should still be under warranty but I can check if you remain interested.
As for the price, I have posted it for sale in other sites for $3,500.00. This pump retails new from online diabetes merchants for anywhere between $5,600.00 -$7,900.00 without tax or shipping. I am open to discuss reasonable offers.

Best
Tracy
