It's very important to know the symptoms and to know what works. I believe it can cause other issues if not taken care of properly. I use candida supplements as well as Shiatsu for helping to melt the tension in the body that is created by these causes. Try http://www.candida.com/plansuppliments.aspx

I absolutely agree: in order to cure something, you should first know symptoms and causes of the sickness. Candida is not a disease that has been researched enough even though thousands of women struggle with candida on a daily basis. It is hard to fight against unknown enemy:that's why it is very important to know your enemy well. The book Candida30:Permanently Heal your Candida Infection in 30 Days or Less describes all common candida symptoms and the root causes of candida, such as mercury poisoning, previous use of antibiotics, hormonal imbalances and high sugar diets. The book does not cost much, but will help anyone to understand what candida is and how to get rid of it once and for all. I hope this information will help women who fight candida to finally start living a healthy happy life!
