A new study said that middle-aged people who indulge in a diet heavy in meat and cheese are more likely to die from cancer.

A diet heavy on meat and cheese could be very bad for our health if you're middle-aged. It could be as bad as smoking cigarettes.
It has been researched, why middle aged people are in danger for cancer, its because animal proteins activate a growth hormone that causes cancer cells to grow. But during our senior years, that growth hormone diminishes, so that animal protein is actually good for people over age 65. Superdrugsaver diet expert suggest to make a list and understand the good and bad for diet as good and bad fats, good and bad carbohydrates, and good and bad proteins. People should avoid to take bad carbohydrates, such as sugars and refined starches like sweets, soda, white bread, white rice and white pasta. For fats like hydrogenated oils, are extremely harmful to our health and have been linked to heart disease, cancer, even Alzheimer's disease. However, not all fats are bad. The healthy ones include olive oil, fish oil, and coconut oil.
