GlaxoSmithKline has agreed to pay Louisiana $45 million to settle lawsuits accusing it of improperly marketing the diabetes drug Avandia and other drugs.

Not one employee or owner will face criminal charges, thats why they do things like this. The profit made by this crime will more than pay the compensation required. Its jus business as usual for the Pharmafia.
