57 yrs old and on blood thinners from a stint so its a tuff go..and Ive had dermatitis for 10 yrs but have really made some head way using those latex free blue doctor like exam gloves when I shower and have a bowel movement to save on getting soap on my hands a few times a day. I have tried everything and lately what seems to work is..aveeno..intense relief hand cream...and also...avon..moisture therapy....I had a 1 or 2 inch spot on my calve area for like 4 years and I started putting baby oil that has some additives like coconut iol or something? on all over my body a few months ago and that spot has gone away and no longer itches
