He will loose the lawsuit, unfortunately. How many people are going to get hurt or killed from ambien, before someone wakes up and does something about it? Like banning it from the market?

I used to be prescribed 10 mg ambien and it made me do some crazy things. Nothing violent though. Except one time, I was having some crazy thoughts so I just put myself in bed and tried to sleep. It loses it's effectiveness relatively quickly. After I was taking it for about 3 months it would take me about 2 hours to fall asleep to where in the beginning it would take 20 minutes and I was out like a light. What if he was possibly abusing it?? Not that he would admit it, but I know numerous people who like to take double the recommended amount and will stay awake as long as possible to experience the side effects I guess. Too bad he did that though. The ambien didn't "make" him do that though, there are so many other factors that aren't being discussed.

We may never know the entire story. My doctor told me to take 20mg, and he had me on it for months. I could sue him for doing that - the drug maker says to not take it for more than ten days, and my doctor ignored that and wrote me a six month prescription and told me to keep taking it. But what would it accomplish? My memory is shot from back then - ambien effects your memory, your ability to think and remember, and that entire time period is pretty fuzzy. His lawyer would eat me alive, and in the end only the lawyers would win.

Canada Pharmacy ONLINEMEDOX. COM will always be the best pharmacy for me, whether I order prescription or non-prescription. Never failed me in delivery and quality of products.

I have ordered prescription drugs (without a prescription) online from XTOP24 .COM about two years ago, and was pleased with the speed and quality of service.
I'm thinking of doing the same thing with my medication. The meds is expensive, but there is a generic version available overseas.
I love the idea of taking responsibility for my own health (or lack of health) and skipping the bureaucracy... to say nothing of having to drive to the doctor, wait in line, yet again, to get a prescription refilled.

I just today received my 4th from XTOP24dotCOM , I think, order from them, and as always, am very happy with them! I'm a real person too, lol, I don't work for them, but I found this forum when looking for other people who take this drug. EMS shipping method, I get it in less than a week, and I swear the couple times I actually called to place an order versus online ordering, i got it quicker, like 2-3 days later.
The tracking number and estimated delivery date has been 100% accurate so far, and customer service has been great. I even got a coupon for 20 bucks off of my last order through email, which I thought was an excellent thing to do for their customers! I'll continue using them as long as I have to!
