Mothers suffering from post-partum depression in the first year after they give birth may put their child at risk of being shorter than his or her peers, Medical Daily reported.

Having shorter kids due to depression is a totally new concept. Although the mothers emotions and such do affect the growth of the child. Maybe there is indeed some kind of truth in it because there is also a research that says babies of depressed women tend to have low birth weight. http://www.zoloftsertralinebirthdefects.com
