Drugs reduced about half of my depression, if that. BUt left me with less ability to think well when on them, I hated them, Reduced sexuality too.

So I found a simple method, I could eliminate half of my depression in an hour by placing my hand in the same position as the fetus in the womb, holding it up near my chin or upper chest merely by bending my arm at the elbow, one hand is enough, holding it still, nothing in my hand, I can rest my elbow on anything If I want, sitting or standing or walking, and if lying down by lying on my back , placing my hand on my upper chest, fingers curled into a loose fist, always needing to be not in the presence of any electronics due to their radiation including any computer equipment or flat screened tv must be fifteen to seventeen feet away, cell phone three feet, non flat screened tv five feet, all distances from any part of my body, taking all rings and watch off, and the longer I remain in that position , the more depression is eliminated , all of it in a day, never conks out. feel some noticeable improvement after even ten minutes.

I also found another way of duplicating the fetal hand position which took no effort like the above one does, and found a way to beat the electronic radiation problem too if anyone is interested.

This method is profoundly effective and I have good reason why I believe this will work for every person which I can post., So I must have posted this message to at least 8 depression forums, yet no one reports having tried it, even after I ask if anyone tried it. This gets frustrating for me because I know how effective it is, half my depression is described above in an hour of doing this and all of in a day if done as above.. IF lying down lie on your back and dont touch your nands togetether, then place your hand on your upper chest with fingers curled into a loose fist to prevent your whole flat palm from resting on your chest, rather just the backs of your fingers and the heal of your hand. I have reason to believe it wont work as well if you smoke or take immunosuppressive drugs, but Im not sure of this. So can someone here help me to understand why no one will try this, it being free and easy and can be started immediately? Another suggestion, dont wear nylon. rings or a watch

Thanks, Steve Lord

I've been on Effexor from only one week but am cautiously very optimistic. Prior to this I was on citalopram but still feeling very low and sleeping poorly, feeling like I needed to be in bed 12-16 hours a day. Now I am waking naturally after only 8 hours sleep and finding it much easier to concentrate at work. I can hardly believe it is working so quickly but I feel so much better. I've had no side effects.
