Adrenal Burnout

Adrenal burnout can certainly be a factor in depression, chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia. These nasty symptoms seem to be interrelated.
I had this myself and had to do a lot of research into finding relief.

My body was stressed from years of PTSD, and general fatigue. looking back on it, I needed to start being good to my body by healthy eating habits, sunshine and exercise.

What I found that helped the most was very low dose cortisone tablets, and B-12 injections I give myself, and my doctor finally agreed to try something other than pain pills, and anti-depressants, etc. which only masked the symptoms.

Do the research yourself, if these symptoms sound like something you are experiencing.

I've been on Effexor from only one week but am cautiously very optimistic. Prior to this I was on citalopram but still feeling very low and sleeping poorly, feeling like I needed to be in bed 12-16 hours a day. Now I am waking naturally after only 8 hours sleep and finding it much easier to concentrate at work. I can hardly believe it is working so quickly but I feel so much better. I've had no side effects.
