Some tips to fight against depression and Anxiety:
1. Exercise is great physically and mentally and has been proven to be quite effective in healing depression, but donít overdo it
2. Try to get plenty of sleep
3. Donít forget to laugh and have fun!

I agree that exercise, plenty of sleep and laughing help to fight depression and anxiety.
There are other things you can do to:
1. Proper nutrition
2. Practice gratitude for what you have
3. Explore the different kinds of therapies available.

I've been on Effexor from http://goo.gl/3FuqC7 only one week but am cautiously very optimistic. Prior to this I was on citalopram but still feeling very low and sleeping poorly, feeling like I needed to be in bed 12-16 hours a day. Now I am waking naturally after only 8 hours sleep and finding it much easier to concentrate at work. I can hardly believe it is working so quickly but I feel so much better. I've had no side effects.
