It is a fourth generation neuroleptic which is used as a stabilizer of mental illness types and antipsychotic. It work very well but is low potency. It takes about five months to see maximum benefit on it but it is also very tolerable in the long run.
Be are abusing it on the street as a downer but it is a prescription drug. It has shown efficacy in lifting people out of depressive states regardless of diagnosis but it cannot work for every person.
There are risks with it but very manageable, indeed.
People have been using it as a sedative becaue its side effect is sedation which clears up in the first 21 days for most people. But it is not for sleep. It is a stabilizer and antipsychotic.

I have used for about 3 years and find their products to be reliable and speedily delivered. The Support team are very promt and helpful in solving any issues that arise, caused by my errors not the company's. I was a little sceptical initially about buying generic products rather than brand names. However, the Mens' Health products I have bought have been equally as efficatious as the brand names at a fraction of the cost.

I've been on Effexor from only one week but am cautiously very optimistic. Prior to this I was on citalopram but still feeling very low and sleeping poorly, feeling like I needed to be in bed 12-16 hours a day. Now I am waking naturally after only 8 hours sleep and finding it much easier to concentrate at work. I can hardly believe it is working so quickly but I feel so much better. I've had no side effects.
