I have had ptsd for years and I don't know how to heal from this, my temper is really bad

Heard about this book on NPR and was very intrigued, particularly the part about the genetic link for emetophobia. (I'm one of 6 people in my family with this very specific and horrible fear). Really want to buy the book next time I have a few extra $$$.
