"All roads lead to Rome," they used to say. And many studies point to the importance of exercise for physical and mental health , even if it means no more than a daily walk of 20 or 30 minutes. There are book clubs, which can ensure that we actually finish "Moby Dick". Perhaps walking clubs would be a good idea, though my own preference is for solitary walks.
The less walking one does, the less one wants to do it. The other side of course is that the more walking one does....

You mean that I have to EXERCISE to lose
how do you expect people to find the time
to excersize when all they really want to do is
surf the net and eat????
with all this great technology in the USA,
why cant they just develope a pill??
they have just come out with a pill for
obese dogs, why not humans???

I like to dance. Anyone can dance, you don't need to be superfit.
I put music on, any sort, and just move to it. It spoils the fun if you have someone telling you how to do it. I just move around to the music, and jump and leap about, and let my body feel the music and move the way it wants to move. It's best to be on your own when you're doing this, so that no-one can laugh at you, and you can just enjoy yourself.
If exercise is fun, you don't really notice you are doing it. Horse riding is fun too, and good exercise, but it's too expensive.

How true it is..........I lost four family members in a three month period last year, I became so depressed I thought I was going to literally die!! There were days I really wanted to but just didn't have it in me to get up and do anything.....one day I told my husband I was going to just walk, walk, walk. Guess what, I am 56 years old and last week made my 8 mile mark! I've lost 42 lbs, look great and wish I could say feel like a million but I know I will always struggle with depression but I know I can LIVE with it!

Very great deal and very smooth transaction. PILLSMEDSHOPdotCOM was on top of my order and shipped it within a day. Thats all that they have control over and they done it fast. It sat in customs for a little bit but they have no control over the sluggishness of how customs work.
