An excellent resource site for those interested in learning about the importance of staying well hydrated.

Please also do remember, that not all water is of the same quality. Most municipal water supplies are chlorinated, and even a small amount of chlorine is not good for you. Most bottled waters are also slightly acidic, and virtually all bottled waters have positive ORP of around 300mV or more, which means they oxidise you (cut an apple in half and watch it turn brown, to see oxidation in action).

There is a new kind of water available, developed in Japan, the country with the longest average lifespan. Its called Kangen Water. It has alkaline pH and -700 mV ORP. Its the healthiest water on earth.
