I'm regularly low on water if not dehydrated, and I know it's an issue. My problem is that my body revolts to drinking half the time! Sometimes it goes down fine, and when it does I drink as much as I can! But half the time, I gag, get bloated, and cramped.

What could possibly be causing this? Any ideas?

Thank you very much for any thoughts/suggestions!

I also know a close family member who has suffered the same issue. To be honest i cant tell you what causes this reaction, but i can tell you some really good news.

There is a type of water that will not leave you feeling bloated, and will hydrate you much quicker. It is absorbed by the body so fast that by the time it reaches your duodenum (opening of the small intestine), 90% has been absorbed by your body. It also feels better in your mouth, and is easier to drink. I gave this water to my relative who struggles to drink normal water, and they can drink it fine!

Its called Kangen Water. Its water that has been ionised using a water ioniser. The water is also a lot more healthy for you as it is alkaline and has a negative ORP which means its really antioxidant.
