It's difficult to see from the photos what the condition is, psoriasis, seborrheic dermatitis or whether it is an allergic reaction to something you are using. Head and Shoulders often does work, but stress can cause a reoccurance. You should speak to your doctor. http://www.fromtots2teens.com/cradlecap.html

I have a theory. I believe that dandruff and perhaps ALL of the different skin conditions, including 'yeast' infection, is caused by simple allergy. I used to have problems with dandruff. My sister suffered psoriasis. I began taking benadryl (for other reasons) and suddenly I had no more dandruff. My sister was put on benadryl (I think it was to help her sleep!).. and her psoriasis.. that she had suffered for 50+ years..just disappeared! As 'no medical advisor' whatsoever, Every person I ever TOLD to try benadryl for yeast infection has told me that it helped! I wouldn't be without mine!

A few tips to avoid scalp:
Massage a tbsp. of olive oil into your scalp before going shower.
Apply some natural product like olive oil, avocado, egg etc before rinsing away.
Keep hand away from head
Get some treatment from hair specialist.
