Yes! I noticed that I was loosing lots of hair in my brush and in the drain catch, and my hair was starting to look thin and dry. I was washing my hair daily with a shampoo containing Sodium Lauryl Sulfate-a toxic chemical. I decided to start washing every other day with baking soda paste and rinse with vinegar. Immediately within days, I started loosing less hair, and my hair looked and felt healthier and fuller. Also, I'm now taking vitamins and protein supplement, and my hair is starting to look very nice.
Don't use harsh chemicals on your scalp.
Are you for real. I take vitamins for my hair and tried the Sulfate free shampoo it made my head itch so much and my hair felt so dirty I couldn't stand it not to mention the smell. It's not cheap either. So you just put baking soda in your hair. I heard of vinegar on a dogs coat never humans. Worth trying does it work on colored hair

The best solution for hair loss for me is using RegenePure. One of the best hair loss shampoos, and it contains ketoconazole. I always get mine at http://www.regenepure.com

Well it all really depends on your type of hair. No not your RACE, but your type of hair.

If you are someone that has a looser hair texture or hair pattern, washing your hair everyday may not be bad for you but it will still strip your hair of all of it's natural oils. If you are someone that it washing their hair everyday, I repeat, it does not matter what kind of hair you have, you will dry your hair out naturally.

Now if you have a more course, tight textured hair like my natural 3c-4a,b type hair, I wash my hair once a week. I have bad scalp aggitation from all the product build-up by the end of every week. When I tried washing my hair once every two weeks, I had too much aggitation. But I can not wash my hair everyday cause it is harder to manage and completely NATURAL. So I have to plan my washes so I can plan what I'm gonna do with my hair.

Washing your hair everyday won't make you bald though. It's just really bad for your hair and for your pockets.

Absolutely not! Washing your hair too often cannot and will not make you go bald. This is just a myth.

What you should avoid are products that contain sulfates, which is pretty much everything on the store shelves. These products are bad for your hair and your scalp. You can skip days but if you want to wash your hair everyday, try some natural products that do not contain ingredients that you can't pronounce. Try baking soda with water and apple cider vinegar, or just wash with warm water. After a month, you'll find your hair thicker, fuller, healthier and cleaner than with any of the store-bought products.

That's need to see what hair texture your hair is,the oily hair can wash often, and use shampoo can keep the oil and moisture balance, other hair ,I think wash 2 or 3 times one week is enough.I think maybe for someone wash hair often will canuse dandruff, but won't lead to hair loss,if really hair loss, there must have other reasons.

After 1 month of using Propecia from http://goo.gl/77dBEY , I noticed a decrease in the loss of hair after a shower. Now in my 4th month of use, there is a notable difference in the thickness of my hair, and some growth noted!
