Never in my life would i have believed , apart from having my bladder out was there anything that would get rid of the pain . Ihave suffered pain for 6 years with interstitial cystitis .And then i tried d-mannose and in less than 24 hours my pain had gone .So i call it a miricle.

I have also found this product to be amazing. The only answer to my problem was taking a daily antibiotic which I did for 2 years. Then I came accross waterfall D-mannose and now I use that. It is instant relief if you have an infection, or you can use it as a long-term treatment/preventative. It can be easily ordered from the website http://www.waterfall-d-mannose.com They are very efficient and will get your order out to you asap. I totally recommend this product.

I have suffered painful blabber infections for eight years now and as a last resort I am seeing a very expensive urologist.I happened to come across D-Mannose one day while on the internet and smartly sent to good old New Zealand for a bottle and within three days I have found relief that I thought I would never have again!! Why cant we buy D-Mannose in Australia?? Go the Kiwis!!

I am looking for help on dosage of D-Mannose for chronic bladder pain. Does anyone know how much you can take and for how long? My pain is improved but not gone, and it seems like I should take high doses for longer than 3 days....anyone have input, PLEASE?

This site lists info on mannose dosage - http://www.justbuyonline.co.uk/natural-dmanno... dosage (for humans and cats hah!). Because it's not digested, there's no risk of taking too much apparently so you can try increasing the dosage I guess though that makes it more expensive.
D-Mannose only works for cystitis caused by e.coli so if it doesn't improve you may have a different root cause.
Got that from this site http://www.justbuyonline.co.uk/natural-dmanno...

Hi Susie

Just letting you know that Mr Vitamins in Chatswood, Sydney sell this and you can also buy them online at their website at www.mrvitamins.com.au . I bought it for my wife and yes it was a Kiwi brand called Dr. Vera's D-Mannose powder. Is this the one you used? And has this been effective?

If it's not the "waterfall" d-manose, is it still any good? We can't get this brand in the US, and it costs a lot to import, but I have seen other "100% pure" d-mannose available.

Because D. Mannose is a simple sugar it shouldn't matter which brand you choose.

Hello All. I am searching the web for some type of permanent cure for my chronic bladder infections. Fortunately, and unfortunately, I only get them after intercourse. I have taken many antibiotics, cipro, macrodantin, nmacrobid, bactrim, etc. and although each has worked, I am finding that sometimes, what worked once is not as effective the next time. Is this the case with d-manose also? I feel as though I am running out of options, and patience....and am also starting to question the long term effects of reoccurant bladder infections...if anyone has any info on any of these concerns, please share!!

D-Mannose can be found in powder or pill form on i-herbs.com . I am interested in anyone finding relief from interstitial cystitis by using this.

To everyone who has doubts about this natural alternative to antibiotics: Suffering from long-term urethritis problems and undestanding the negative impact of antibiotics that didn't seem to work anyway...when I came across Waterfall D-Mannose I thought it could be another scam but I was in a stage when I'd give all the money I had for a bit of hope that my life could go back to normal again... and it really IS working, I recommend everyone to give it a go... If it doesn't work then make sure you get yourself checked properly as your problems may be caused by some other nastie than E.coli. Good luck...

I got cystitis when my father died a few years ago (must of been the stress)
and could not get rid of it. Everytime I got a bout of it I had to take antibiotics. It started to happen more frequently, every month or so. I took Cranberry powder and even had accupuncture which did help a little.
I eventually went to a specialist who did an ultra sound and checked that my kidneys etc were ok which they were. All he could suggest was to put me on antibiotics for a few months. I was so depressed, I didn't want to use anymore antibiotics. That night I typed in Cystitis on the internet and came across a natural substance called Waterfall D-mannose. Well what can I say, the next bout of cystitis was still very painful with the usual razor blade sensations, I took D-Mannose every hour without my antibiotics and it started to fade, I couldn't believe it. The next couple of episodes happened the same way and then it got easier and easier. As soon as I would get cystitis I would take D-mannose and it would sort it out. I haven't had a bout now for 6 months or so, until this morning when I felt a bit sore so took some straight away. This pushed me into writing something on the net, as I have been promising myself to do it for a while. It worked for me, it might work for you.

I CHECKED OUT MOST OF THE WEBSITES IN THE USA AND ALL OF THE SITES DON`T KNOW MUCH ABOUT WHAT THERE SELLING THIS PROCTUCT IS NOT MADE IN THE USA....I FOUND A SITE IN THE UK THAT MAKES IT AND KNOWS MORE ABOUT D MANNOSE THEN ANYBODY IN NORTH AMERICA.....SO DON`T LOOK TO BUY D MANNOSE IN NORTH AMERICA......THERE IS TWO WAYS TO EXTRACT D MANNOSE NATURALLY OR CHEMICALY. YOU ONLY WANT NATURALLY EXTRACTIED D MANNOSE.

In the past i have used D-mannose which I purchased at great expense from america. It does an excellent job and is a far better alternative than antibiotics.
Does anyone know where it can be purchased at a reasonable cost for ongoing maintenance dosage ? perhaps uk or new zealand, but which is the better buy ?
