Help! reacurrent cystitis since a baby.

hey guys, hows it going with fellow sufferers.?
just a quick message, as im currently feeling alone sat in the bath at since 4.20am this morning with milk, uva ursi capsules and cystocalm sachets.:(

i have been suffereing with reacurrent bouts of cystitis since the age of 18 months, as a child it was very bad however as i got older i found i was allowed certain foods/drinks i wasnt allowed before. allthough my reacurrent cystitis doesnt crop up as often as it used and were talking a few days a week. i still find i often get it a few times a month or mayeb every few months. yeah this is an improvement but it still gets me really down, and although my mum and boyfriend try to do everything they can to help me i still feel alone sometimes with it.
we just cant put a finger onw hat causes it everytime we write things down what ive ate if id had sex yada yada yada and we still dont know as it crops up whenever it likes and i mean whenever it likes. i'm also on the pill microgynon

i was just looking for a bit of fellow sufferer support. docs wont do anything except give me antibiotics but over time thats began to ware off and not work fully etc. any ideas on what u can do or look for to help me. thanks xxx

I think you are tired taking antibiotics.
