12 year copd patient. I read many your heart felt posts and completely understand the desperation.

Over the last 2 years my breathing had deteriorated to the point of panic, my Doctor referred me to a specialist and after many tests all he could suggest was Prednisone. Knowing the bad long term effects of that drug i turned to the Internet looking for ways to not only improve my immune system but find relief for my breathing.

Herbal remedies to strengthen immune system.
Herbs and copd.
Food grade Hydrogen Peroxide and copd.
Ionic silver and copd.
Nebulizer and HP/IS.
Iodine (SSKI) and copd.
MSM and copd.
Curcumin (turmeric) and copd.

I've had a Pneumonia shot some time ago and have a flu shot every year.

Prescribed Spiriva and Advair.
On a regular daily bases i take.
Vitamin D 2000 mg.
As well i take but not on a regular daily bases.
HP diluted in a nasal spray deep breathed into my lungs.
Oil of Oregano 75-85% under my tongue then deep breath the fumes in and rub it in on aching bones.
MSM - Curcumin plus other Herbs.

The main thing is to keep your spirits up don't give up some of these things should help a bit, they did for me. I breath much better although the chest pain still comes and go's.

Dive into the Internet do your research this disease is the number 4 killer in the world.

The medical community and Governments are very slow making copd a priority for research.

But we can and will help each-other.

Love you-all and good breathing.

Take Vit K2 with Vit D3 so as to ensure that calcium is deposited in the bones rather than left in arteries. Curcumin has low biovailability; black pepper extract, ie piperine, may help absorption. EP.
