You're just now concerned about the lady and you live with her ? What is wrong with this picture ? You mean to say that you have not even noticed the lady's struggle before this ? What's wrong with you dude ?

My Mom has shortness of breath while shopping too and it is just old age BUT it should be checked out just in case it is something more serious than can be treated.
