The symptoms of COPD include:

Cough
Sputum (mucus) production
Shortness of breath, especially with exercise
Wheezing (a whistling or squeaky sound when you breathe)
Chest tightness.

The symptoms you listed are true but not in every case.
I have COPD and I don't have sputum, wheezing or cough.
I have shortness of breath, thats it.

If you are having trouble breathing at all, go see a Pulmonologist and let him run tests.
He (she) is the only one who can properly treat you.
