Yes these are the common symptoms which are observed for the constipation. I suggest you to go with the lighter diet which has good fiber percentage like apples which helps in forming a softer stools inside and smoother passing of them.

Sorry to say constipation can cause vomiting. Normally foods moves down, if they cannot move from down they will come back up. Try to avoid constipation problem consult to doctor as soon as possible and mean while try to intake plenty of liquids, fiber, and avoid junk food, and You should try to drink a glass of warm prune juice every day will help you move your bowels. Epsom salts work they attack the constipation really well and very quickly.

Hello... Vomiting is one of the symptoms of constipation. Some of the persons may have experienced with vomiting during the constipation. To avoid the constipation issues try to get more fibers with more water. Prune juices, apple, pine apple, spinach fiber foods will work well during the constipation.

As zophai said that these are common constipation symptoms. These symptoms vary from person to person.You need to take fiber foods like prunes, legumes, flax seeds, papaya and brown rice. These can give you the relief from constipation.

As above xanmurphy suggested you some fruits helps to relief constipation problem. I would like to you suggest you fruits are excellent source of dietary. Apricots, Figs, Papaya, Peaches, Pears. Vegetable’s for constipation: Artichoke hearts, asparagus, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, carrots, green beans, peas and squash. Vegetables are also useful sources to providing a healthy dose of dietary fiber.
