In his zeal to hug a tree, our dear mayor forgot to check the backgtound of the company that would be financing the minimily thought through project.
The owner is in foreclosure proceedings, the advocate for the Mayor's project has conflict of interest issues. Political ineptitude rides rampant in city hall Newburyport.
