I had the privilege and pleasure of getting to know Candy during the annual performances of the Vagina Monologues. Though she was valiantly fighting her own battles, she still found the time and strength to give back to the community. And to top it all off, she did a monologue about a woman with cancer. Be at peace Candy, you will be missed...

I worked with Candy many years ago at Mrs. Fields. It was so fun to hear her on the radio when I moved to Park City a few years ago. She was such an asset to this city and will be greatly missed. I pray God will bless your family at this difficult time.

A superb example of what a true Parkite should be. Candy's upbeat snow reports and community spirit will be missed.

Such heartbreaking news. I knew Candy when she was a sales rep for a local Park City publication and was so happy to learn she went into politics. If anyone could make a difference, she could! She always spoke to people like they were her best friend (even if they had just met). She will be deeply missed. Prayers to her family and friends.
