My daughter is 11 years old and her skin on her face is getting blotchy. She is Italian,Filipino,Irish and Swedish.
She's getting patches on her face, her face is tan from the sun and light patches as well. What is this ? Should I take her to a dermatologist ? Can you help ? Can you recommend a dermatologist in Long Beach or Lakewood California ?

Thank You,
Ronnie
