Provigil has a possible propensity to cause skin reactions, (rash) also, Johnson-Stevensons Syndrome.It Is expensive, but covered by Medicare. The etiology is not known. It's primary indication is frequent employment shift variables. Like graveyard, firemen, police, and work requiring a reasonable awareness when operating hazardous equipment or must be congnizant of their surroundings in a potentially dangerous environment,
