Ohio to get $1.4M in pharmaceutical settlement
Ohio's attorney general says the state will receive almost $1.4 million in restitution and other recovery as part of a recent settlement agreement by a pharmaceutical company.

The judgement is tiny considering the losses death and injury. Must have been a ALEC judgement considering the size of the awards.
The following of pharmacutical judgements indicates small awards that take years to settle that gain interest and investment monies for the pharmacutical industry with no net loss as a result of any negative judgement.
