Hey, who is the pharmacist that gives the advice. I'm just curious, not criticizing or trying to hassle anyone, just wondering. My understanding is that you volunteer your time and knowledge for this. Hats off to you for being so generous to others.

Hi All. What you are about to read is against most recommendations you hear from the medical establishment. A cholesterol below 200 is and indication of medical disorders. You see, cholesterol is not a bad thing, it is the means of transportations for hormones and if you have it low you could have several problems, starting form metal or mood disorders. We live in a cholesterol and fat phobic society, thanks to big pharma.
If you eat eggs, free range meat (high in omega 3), dairy products, butter and all “good fatsâ€, your total and HDL cholesterol will increase. You should limit your starch and processed foods; eat a high fruit and vegetable diet. You will feel 100% better. All cholesterol medications are toxic, beware. You can increase your HDL cholesterol, that, by the way should be above 60 minimum, ideally above 80, by doing 30 minutes a day of intense exercise, eating what I have told you, and by taking 3.000 mgs of fish oil everyday (Close to 900 mg of omega 3 fats, EPA and DHA, from the label). This is the natural way to not only control the 2 main cardiovascular markers, HDL cholesterol and triglycerides, but to be in good health, the main point. For more information, read http://www.omega-3-fish-oil-wonders.com/fish-... Best regards, Alfredo E. www.omega-3-fish-oil-wonders.com/ |
