I just saw a post by Regina from 12/2007 about a product called Barley Life that she thinks is making her hair thicker. My hair has started to thin and I'm looking for anything I can find to help!

my wife had breast cancer 5 years ago. she had 8 lymp nodes removed under her left arm . she now has pain under her left arm. she has trouble sleeping. she is under going therpay which includes a series of exersises. this doesn't seem to do much good. the therapist told her that lymp nodes grow back & the nerves grow in different direction & this is what is causing the pain. the doctors aren't much help.

Has anyone tried the raisins soaked in whiskey for arthritis? If so what are the proportions?
Thanks.
My mother-in-law and her friends tried this. It didn't seem to help anyone.

I've read where some get good results from Tresemme' shampoo, but it hasn't done much for me.

I remember reading a letter that someone wrote to youlast year telling you about a shampoo that actually helps grow hair back in women. I am 65 and suddenly I am noticing my hair is getting very thin. Whats the shampoo so I can buy it?

I was unable to find the answer about the other drugs for cholesterol. What do you recommend and is there something in alternative medicine that can work. Somewhere, I read about cinnamon? Was that in your column? And if it was, could you please repeat it--I no longer have the article.

Dr. Gott
Some time ago you mentioned a drink to alleviate joint pain.It was grape juice mixed with liquid pectin. I failed to write down the amount of each item. Please send me the formula so I can perhaps get her off of the pain pills she uses both day and night.(Vicodin) She IS diabetic, has a stent in one kidney and is on kidney dialysis three times weekly.
My Email address is Epet247@AOL.com
Thank you.

Hi. I am a 34 year old female, and cancer runs in my family. My Dad died with prostate cancer, and my Mom currently has ovarian cancer. Now, to my question. I my left armpit, I have lumps that come and go. Well, they've came back, and been back since May 1st. This time, it feels like at least 3 of them. I noticed today, that my armpit is now leaking pus and blood. What could this be, or what should I do?

could someone email me when this gets a reply from a dr?
