‘Rogue testosterone’ is most probably further responsible for subsequent multiple variations of said gag and pol genes; So much so that the human bodies defence epitopes cannot effect antibodies efficiently or fast enough to keep up with the changes in viral code variation, especially in respect of gag and pol glycogen protein sequences; which when the formed antibodies’ then cannot recognize gag and pol viral glycogen protein as antigens; The rationale is to break the said cycle sequence by introducing a new vaccine that will stop ‘rogue testosterone’ docking upon stats activators upon Fc receptors i.e. immunoglobulin molecules such as B memory cells, and within ribosome’s, stop rogue testosterone, docking within the nucleus of the cell; cosmo says;- we need a new vaccine, that acts against testosterone that has been corrupted by the HIV virus, which is known to transfer the HIV virus in semen and indeed all sex related fluids including saliva
