For those of you struggling to adapt to your celiac lifestyle, or those of you looking for new recipes to incorporate into your gluten-free diet, we would like to reach out and offer our resources to you. "Eat. Taste. Live." is our attempt to not only help those with these medical issues, but to also educate other people about celiac disease. In doing so, we are hosting an online, interactive gluten-free cooking class.

ETL came about when our chef's father was diagnosed with celiac disease several years ago. Since then, our chef's been cooking gluten-free and has come to realize hey, you know what? There really aren't as many options out there as we think. The goal is to make this an available resource for anyone who wants to learn to cook delicious, homemade meals that are not only good but good for them. As long as you have access to an internet connection, you're right in the kitchen with us interacting with our chef and our guests, nationwide and internationally.
We are also offering recipes and resources online. We plan to create PDFs of the recipes we will be cooking each week along with short little videos for quick snacks and other fun things.
We're trying to reach as many people as we can to let them know this resource is out there for them and we're willing to help. We are strictly on a pay-what-you-want system for our resources. We're ready to prove how easy it can be to make amazing food that's still healthy.
If you have any questions and/or suggestions let me know. If you'd like to see an example, right now we are streaming our pre-recorded premiere on our website at http://www.eattastelive.com/ #!kitchen-studio/c1bcs.
