This is good news for people with Celiac Disease and those with gluten issues and Psoriasis disorders. I am one who can't tolerate anything with wheat or wheat gluten. Many more are discovering this issue. That's why you're seeing more stores have gluten-free isles. Some of the reason people are becoming gluten insensitive is the way wheat is being processed today. It's nice to know that trans fats have been eliminated from many products, but there are other health concerns with other harmful additives and the way crops are being grown and genetically modified. Sad. Makes me wonder whether anything will be safe to eat. Perhaps we're already there.
