Walking, cycling may ease 'cancer fatigue'

People who have been treated for cancer often have lingering fatigue, but regular walking or cycling might help boost their energy, according to a UK study.

imo, yes, i'd say doing something, anything as opposed to nothing helps with the depression. i'd also say tho, that few people can expect to be as active as they may have been before. Any prolonged cancer treatment takes a toll on the body, so don't get more depressed in thinking you can't do what you may have used to do. Even very short walks daily can help with the fatigue/depression. The trick, is not to overdo it as you'll find the energy reserves aren't quite the same as before. It's a question of getting going to begin with. Yes i personally have found it does help. i don't do much, a short walk; and remember even basic housework is exercise too
