VA apologizes for error in patient-death report
The Department of Veterans Affairs has apologized for what it called an "inadvertent" mistake that underreported the number of deaths linked to delays in cancer treatment at VA medical facilities.

And falsifying records was also inadvertent?
I'd like to believe this. I really would. But, so many lies I've heard from this administration. They have even less respect for the truth than they have for the people they swore an oath to serve.

There are now 3 women in 3 Agencies that have lost E mails pertinent to Congressional Investigations. These women know the truth about the missing E mails, but they lack the courage, or the character to let the truth come out.

How do you change something that is already corrupt?
This govt KNOW how to cover their tracks so just because they say so, doesn't mean they haven't found another way out. That is what they call research!
