How to make a cancer vaccine; note; most cancers are caused by cell mis-transcription’ example bacteria toxins’ solvents in the tissues’ radiation’ and incorrect enzymes’ incorrect hormone esters’ and hormones in the wrong place at the wrong time; and gene knockout and hereditary faults;

So a vaccine is needed to assist the immune system’ in recognizing mis-transcriptions’ P 53 & p55 do this’ naturally’.

note; re-introducing peoples own treated B cells or other peoples B cells belonging to blood group O, note; these B cells can boost Genes that already signal help’ via the immune system;

note; safe slow acting lentiviruses can carry updated B cell memory that will induce Gene installation that will promote B cell antibody recognition of antigens that are caused by mis-transcription ie the antibody recognizes incorrect codons upon N terminal amino chain peptides and signals T cell’ macrophage removal of peptides that carry incorrect codons’

initially in vitro B cell education is achieved by massive incubation in Bovine calves blood or wild pig or Tiger blood if available is best; then the serum albumin which contains the updated B cells are introduced into a safe lentivirus or adenovirus and made into an oral tablet capsule’ which is the new Cancer vaccine for all types of Cancer;

Two very distinct migration scenarios are crawling motion (most commonly studied) and blebbing motility; Migrating cells have a polarity; phospholipid PIP3 and activated Rac and CDC42 are found at the front of the cell, whereas Rho GTPase] and PTEN are found toward the rear; modern drugs retard microtubules cell movement when their dynamics are suppressed by drug treatment or by tubulin mutations; melanocytes during embryogenesis predisposes melanoma cells to high frequency of metastasis. Sox10, a transcription factor expressed in neural crest stem cells and a subset of progeny lineages, plays a key role in the development of melanocytes. Note;- B16F10 melanoma cells transfected with siRNAs specific for Sox10 display reduced migratory activity which in turn indicated that a subset of transcriptional regulatory target genes of Sox10 is likely to be involved in migration and metastasis of melanoma cells. We carried out a microarray-based gene expression profiling using a Sox10-specific siRNA to identify relevant regulatory targets and found that multiple genes including melanocortin-1 receptor (Mc1r) partake in the regulation of migration.

Migratory cells that contain migratory oncogenes that are a major cause of secondary cancers’ note which are often caused by corrupt testosterone esters acting within the nucleus of migratory Eukaryotic cells’ this process is often responsible for many primary cancer sites such as breast tissue; it has been found that alcohols and pylori bacteria toxins are the main protagonist in forming corrupt testosterone esters which intern can form unwanted oncogenes in all cell types; cure vaccines that can break this chain of events is the way forward! tamoxifen and statins help reduce the production of estrogens and testosterone' tamoxifen mainly blocks certain estrogen receptors in breast tissue; & statins help reduce cholestrol molecules produced in the liver' note reducing cholestrols in growth type cancers is helpful but not in degenerative wasting type cancers! avastin is very often chosen along with radiation treatment or a bone marrow transplant injecection in the pelvis if the consultant thinks this is apropriate! note well;- most people can recover from cancer' drugs & radiation often slow the cancer so the body can regain control'naturally' Doctors are now able to manage most types of cancer'which is good news for us all!

If the level of testosterone drops, oestrogen can cause breast tissue to grow. and bone density decreases substantially in both men & women especially in later years; men when hitting 60 years' suffer broken angles' which is easily solved by introducing testosterone before hitting 58 years of age; Doctors in the UK are always adverse to dishing out testosterone

If telomerase activity was to be turned off, then telomeres in cancer cells would shorten, just like they do in normal body cells. This would prevent the cancer cells from dividing uncontrollably in their early stages of development.

Note testosterone alters gene expression and thus IL2 growth ; note when corrupt testosterone esters are present within any cell' then cell transcription is affected thus IL2 may be over produced or cancelled' similarly telomere control is affected' because telomerase is affected by testosterone when present in any cell' similarly if testosterone is absent or corrupted by toxic esters' then wasting cancers can evolve' or growth type cancers can evolve' a vaccine is needed that can prevent corrupt toxic testosterone esters from docking inside cells;

Cancer research;- telomere activity’ The diversity of phenotypes found in taz1- cells allows us to explore not only the mechanisms underlying telomere function but also the ways in which telomere functions change with cell cycle progression and changing conditions. The use Taz1, as well as information on the fully-sequenced fission yeast genome, to identify additional telomere proteins. Est1 proteins are required for telomerase activity. Issues we are pursuing include the mechanisms by which Taz1’ performs its many functions, the cell cycle regulation of telomere function, and the role of telomere dysfunction in impeding cell cycle progression, the role of telomeres in sexual differentiation and meiosis, and the identities and roles of other telomere-associated proteins in fission yeast.

Breast implants are not recommended' both Saline and silicone breast implants pose similar serious risks, example......:
silicon or polymer molecules entering body cells' causing cell mis-transcription
Scar tissue shrinkage that can distort the shape of the breast implants
Breast pain and felling of being unwell' and upseting immune system
leading to Infection'
Changes in nipple and breast sensation, usually temporary'
Implant leakage or rupture both are dangerous'
Correcting any of these complications might require additional surgery, either to remove or replace the implants.
Certificates of safety are 'no' guarantee of absolute safety' for patient or Doctors sureity;
However if you have had an artificial breast transplant insertion do not over worry just let your own Doctor keep a check on you' ask their advice' the research is it is not at all wise' to have breast implants except for injury or cancer surgery rebuild of the anatomy for proper reasons; the NHS is the proper way foeward in these matters;

Note; patients who have been diagnosed with lymphoma, leukemia and other life-threatening blood diseases. Bone marrow transplantation is among the greatest success stories in cancer treatment. It has impacted patients worldwide by boosting survival rates from nearly zero to upwards of 85 percent for some blood cancers.
• the recipient’s cells that were removed earlier and are being put back in? This is called an autologous (awe-TALL-uh-gus) transplant.
• Were the cells donated from someone else, called a donor? This is called an allogeneic (ale-oh-jen-AY-ic) transplant.
For some diseases, patients cannot use their own stem cells for a transplant. To have a chance at recovery, they need stem cells donated by someone else who is healthy.
after the transplant, your risk of developing infection will be increased, so it is vital to ensure you do not have any current underlying infections.
If you have a cancer-related condition, you may need to have a biopsy. This involves removing a small sample of cancerous cells so they can be checked in a laboratory.
The results of a biopsy can show whether your cancer is in remission (under control) and whether there is a high risk of it returning after your transplant. A bone marrow transplant is not as risky as it once was’ and is very simple as it is just an injection wit a special hardened type needle that can penetrate bone’ example the pelvis; note the clever part is matching or treating the patients own or donated stem cells and if donated’ note; which is the higher risk as regards checking the correct B cell match which is extremely important at all ages; Research shows that an early transplant of stem cells rather than later is now the way to proceed as the risks are now more manageable when the patient is still strong and reasonably well’ leukaemia is the best example of this’ and applies at all ages; blood group O negative has the best results for B cell matching;
Preparing and conditioning your body for a bone marrow transplant injection
As part of your cell transplant conditioning, when not using your own cells you will need to be given a range of medicines, a tube insertion can be used to assist special medication. This is known as a central line and will avoid the need for you to have many painful injections.
The conditioning process sometimes involves using high doses of chemotherapy and possibly radiation. It is done for three reasons:
• to destroy the existing bone marrow and make room for the transplanted tissue
• to destroy any existing cancer cells
• to stop your immune system working in order to reduce the chance of the transplant being rejected
The conditioning process usually takes four to seven days. You will probably need to stay in hospital throughout the procedure. Side effects from chemotherapy are common and include:
• nausea (feeling sick)
• vomiting
• diarrhoea
• loss of appetite
• mouth ulcers
• tiredness
• skin rashes
• hair loss
The side effects can last for several weeks after the conditioning has finished, although mouth ulcers and skin rashes should stop once the transplanted tissue begins to produce new blood cells. Hair usually grows back within three to six months.
Two less common side effects of the conditioning process are lung damage and a condition called veno-occlusive disease.
Veno-occlusive disease causes the blood vessels in your liver to swell, stopping it from removing waste products from your body. This can cause abdominal pain, jaundice (yellowing of the skin) and weight gain.
Veno-occlusive disease can be treated with medicines to help prevent blood clots, as well as using blood transfusions and reducing the amount of salt in your diet.
Lung damage or a lung infection can be treated with oxygen, antibiotics and sometimes other treatments. Steroids (strong medication) may also be given to dampen potentially dangerous immune reactions.

• frequent need to go to the toilet, particularly at night
• weak urine flow that stops and starts
• inability to urinate (urinary retention)

prostate cancer often starts by masturbating far to much' example' the prostate gland becomes enlarged and prone to bacterial infection from the bowel & urine tract etc' the bacteria that infects the prostate gland over time emits toxins which combine with testosterone to become testosterone esters' which intern inside prostate gland cells cause mis-transcription which cause excessive mitosis or reduced mitosis' or oncogenes that can metasciate to other parts of the body and cause death' if you have an enlarged prostate' refrain from masturbation have very warm baths to ease pain' and most important seek medical advice! ie see GP' urgently! for aPSA test!

Estradiol is also present in males, being produced as an active metabolic product of testosterone. Lard contains large amounts of oleic acid (OA) and the &#969;-3 fatty acid, eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) which inhibited growth of cancers such as skin cancer when applied externally; breast and prostate cancers are both initiated by the corruption of testosterone’ example sterate acids from bacteria toxins form testosterone esters which can block feed back mechanisms from cholesterol cell formations which gives rise to incorrect docking of hormones especially estrogens such as estrone & estradiol. It seems that sterate acids can and do upset the cognification of cox gene formations’ resulting in poor hormone recognition in breast cell and prostate docking of estrogens; corrupt testosterone esters have been found un-separated in tissues and leads to mixed docking of hormones in prostate cells that produce testosterone’ it is a fact that sterate acids in conjunction with corrupt testosterone esters corrupt RNA messages from and to cholesterol to estrogen and testosterone conversion’ this process causes many cancers; oleic acid given alongside modern cancer drugs is the way forward! andrew john langham

silicon in the diet and rubbed on the skin helps stop skin cancers from evolving' note high amounts of silicon are found in whole grains. They are made up of fibers and particles that are easily digested and absorbed by the body. Cereals both hot and cold are great sources of whole grains. Raw oats and oatmeal bars are other products filled with silicon based on their grain content. Oats, barley and rice have high silicon content and are able to maintain the amount of silicon they hold when cooked note;- the lower dermis layers ' silicon helps retain oliec acid and cell hydration' thus p51 p53 can help correct mis-transcription in RNA Fact!.

In the body crystalline silica particles do not dissolve;. Silica crystals can activate NLRP3 inflammation irratation inside macrophages and dendritic cells and thereby result in processing of pro-Interleukin 1 beta into its mature form. Chronic exposure to silica may thereby account for some of its health hazards, as interleukin-1 is a highly pro-inflammatory cytokine in the immune system; however silicon dioxide and silicon atoms are essential in most body cells especially the skin dermis layers; Note UV knocks out silicon atoms very easily and causes gene drop out that P53 protein cannot repair; it is loss of silicon atoms that causes aging of the skin; this all makes skin cancer mis-transcription far more likely;

some cancers are spread by viruses and bacteria simultaneously so Drugs that induce the bodies own interferon is the way forward in the fight against viruses and diseases; an example;- Bee venom extract' formic acid' both modified with pepsin' also mild harmless viruses that can be sniffed inhaled or alternatively put into peppermints' etc'
