How can i reduce my risk or colon cancer?

Some advised found on Google.
Inherited gene mutations that increase the risk of colon cancer can be passed through families, but these inherited genes are linked to only a small percentage of colon cancers.

one advice I would give is don't believe everything that u read on the internet.
if ur unsure of something ask ur doctor. if something doesn't seem right, ask..
not saying Tang ur article is wrong, but the info on these things aren't always completely correct. so best to do more than internet research if u think there might be a problem.
sometimes ur body does indeed gives u a sign, so pay attention to that too.
