Colon Cancer

My name is Sandy and this is my story. In 2001 I had severe stomach pains. I had stage 3 colon cancer which had spread to my lymph system. The tumor was the size of my fist. I can't tell you how important a second opinion is, or even a third. I went to Sloan and was told to just live out the rest of my life and nothing could be done. That is when I was referred to envita. I stopped doing conventional treatment like chemo- my blood level was too low. My treatment was centered around improving my immune system first as well as nutrition, and if I had stuck to traditional treatment I would be dead now.
