O.K you are right.Like the openning topic states collard greens yes according to Drs.wards off breast cancer,but a diet rich in collard greens and all leafy greens does that. So do avacados,strawberries,blue berries,because they are high in flavanoids and anti-oxidants.Also most medical folk are of the agreement,and this is what I wanted to get out- is that vitamin D is found to ward off most cancers,<quoted text>should have posted anyway, others are interested. but can you believe these posters are all over the age of 40??
especially breast cancer.So that most women would do good to take a vitamin D supplement,every day.Don't overdo it though cause it can be constipating,but take at least 500 mg vitamin D daily. I myself take a 1000 mg capsul every day.
