wow - you two really reflect poorly on cville's male population; good luck finding dates for yourselves.

and for "And" - the news is in the amazing money being raised, and in the groundbreaking research happening here, in our backyard! not to mention, this was the 30th anniversary of the W4M; cheers to all involved and congrats on another great event!

This program is awesome. My mom is just getting over treatment, and the information packet she was given was extensive. It informed her of everything she would need to know from step one thru the end. She received the best care possible, and her doctors Dr. Shrogen, and Dr, Brenin are the best! Keep up the good work ladies, youre doing a great thing.

I wish that nbc29 would do away with this comment section. Comments like the ones above reflect badly on our community. Let's hope no one in their families ever suffers from this illness, for they would not know how to take care of them properly nor show any love or respect.

Please shut down these posts.

I don't see the local males running or doing anything else for a worthy cause....instead of being critical of others step up and do something worthwhile...

Since when is running 4 miles or being a woman considered an illness? How does running to raise research funds reflect badly on the community?

Running is not an illness, but breast cancer is ....and that is why so many people run for this cause. Running doesn't reflect badly on the community...but the idiots who referred to the runners as heiffers and dykes do reflect poorly on our community...sorry that you misunderstood my post.
