Oh, "doc." You're no more a doctor than you're a pig on toast. Doctors can spell.

It takes more than a virtual white coat to successfully pretend to be a doctor.

For those (not poseurs) who believe that there are "drugs" and "alternatives" such as "nutritional supplements," think about this:

If it affects your health it IS a drug. The distinction between drug and non-drug is a BEAUROCRACIC one -- not a scientific one.If it works, it's a drug. If you're very sick, you'd better darnd well hope it will work. If you're giving it to your children or your elderly mother, you'd better darned well hope it's safe, because unless it's CLASSIFIED as a drug -- it hasn't been tested.

And, there are no "nutritional supplements" that will keep us from exiting life at the other end.

Just remember, all the time the people selling alternatives are screaming about those evil pharmcos, what they're doing is reaching for your wallet. There's nothing wrong with trying to make a profit -- it's the basis of our capitalistic society and we could use a lot more of it right now -- but their motives are EXACTLY the same as those of the pharmco companies. No difference, and everything they say is aimed toward that.
