Hi Judy -

the only information I could find is in my printout of Dr. Gourmet's Coumadin and your diet - it reads 1 tsp. of ground cinnamon contains 0.7 of vitamin K.

So I guess, really low. I hope that helped!

You learn something new every day! And I had thought there isn't any trace of vitamin K in cinnamon.....

Judy, you can eat anything you want while you are on Coumadin - you should just eat foods with Vit K in moderation. Also, any new over the counter or prescription drugs need to be shared with you doctor as some can effect the INR.

Yikes..Don't get your medical advice from blogs..Cinnamon may contain coumarin and can increase your Bleeding time "INR"....Vitamin K is an antagonist and will decrease your INR... Coumadin is a coumarin derivative by the way.

I have used for about 3 years and find their products to be reliable and speedily delivered. The Support team are very promt and helpful in solving any issues that arise, caused by my errors not the company's. I was a little sceptical initially about buying generic products rather than brand names. However, the Mens' Health products I have bought have been equally as efficatious as the brand names at a fraction of the cost.

I ordered from for the first time and i definitely will again. Customer service is great! I inquired about my order as i had the wrong zip code on my mailing address and their customer support helped me right away. They were very helpful and also when you have any questions, they email you right back with answers. I would recommend them highly as they deliver what they promise!
