HI, I have been using Ainterol PM off and on for about 2 years. I tried herbal (fenugreek, etc) first, and just got an upset tummer, even though I tried for over 6 months. I thinkg I might have developed a bit, but not much. I then tried Natureday, which worked for awhilw, and I went from totally flat to about a 38A. WHen I switched to Ainterol, I did the 2 a day, and in about 6 months I was up to a 40A. Now after the on and off for 2 years I am a full 38B, and am starting to fill up a 40B bra. They still do not look completely like female breasts, but they are definitely not a buff male chest. THe nipples are puffy, and developing a cone shape. In the last 6 months, the area below the nipples has finally started to fill out, and develp some roundness to them. I hope the lower part of the breast will continue to grow, and fill out. THis will make them even more feminine looking, but just watch out, as they are definitely more sensitive than a regular mans chest!!
I just wanted to let those that were looking for a "miracle" or a quick fix, this is not it. You have to continue for the long run if that is what you truly want, and do not expect them to just go away, as they are there to stay once they start growing...
Good luck, and I hope this helps...

Gail Perry,
You're on the internet, why not use it? A simple search turned up numerous double blind placebo controlled studies on PM. I don't sell PM and highly recommend that before using it that you should discuss with you Dr.

This is not a discussion that even belongs in a breast CANCER forum. Breast cancer deforms breasts. Why should those of us who have had breast cancer have to read about other women wanting to make their healthy, cancer-free breasts bigger?

Why don't you get that, Del? At least go peddle your snake oil to women who aren't dealing with deformed or missing breasts.

Grow a conscience.

Gail, I think you are completely absurd with your postings, and the rate at which you post. You obviously have some other issues you need to work out, and instead of taking care of yourself, you are on a message board arguing with people, dismissing others opinions, and are strictly adhering to your own point-of-view. You are right, this is a message board, and people can move past your posts, but you are so adamant about what you believe to be true, and you have completely ignored the other side of this issue. So, why don't you go to the FDA, and list everyone on this board as people who sell this item, and who you say are making claims as customers. I bet you get laughed out of whatever office you decide to go to. You are a worthless person who obviously has no life, and continually gets on this message board to put down others who are trying to have a positive outlook. We are all on the internet, and can do our own research, and don't need your two-cents. Next time, save your 2-cents for your therapist, sounds like you're gonna need every penny.

Gail,
Wow, you are acting like a complete bitch on this thread. The woman who originally posted was talking about how PM has helped her fight with breast cancer and you are the stubborn donkey repeatedly screeching "NOT TRUE, NOT TRUE" no matter what anyone else has to say! You are completely trying to silence anyone who thinks differently than you, and that "is not nice" as you would say.
It's nice to put your opinion, but when you have to reply to several other people on here who noticed you're acting like a child and do so by putting them down, that is how you know that you have a problem. I don't mind putting you down at all now because you have earned it.
Please attempt yoga.

Update on my treatment that I developed using PM- I am currently still in remission from my severe Progesterone allergy. No anaphylaxis or organ failure for 11 months, no breast cancer, or recurrence of cervical cancer. Still positive results with my breasts, hair, skin, nails, and menstrual cycle as well. My treatment is now Patent Pending with the USPTO as of 11/3/10. Wonder what the FDA thinks about that :)
If anyone has any questions about my treatment, autoimmune disorder, breast growth, etc. my email is info@awarenessforaipa.com

start 14 days before period (only need up to 750mg per day), gives the body a break and you won't build up a tolerance. split the doses up throughout the day so the body has a constant supply, the body will only use what it can at one time and remove the rest. Drink lots of MILK with each dose to wash it down. Try to pour the PM under your tongue and let set for a few minutes to absorb thru the mucous membranes of the mouth. Otherwise 90% will get destroyed by stomach acid or removed by the liver. NO caffeine, alcohol, or fatty/greasy foods,or it will NOT WORK!!!

They say results are permanent and are for some but best to take a maintenance dose of 3 days per week after results are acheived (after 12 months)
Ever notice how breast size depends on estrogen level, pregnancy, after pregnancy when we shrivel up? Same difference, level must stay maintained in most cases.

It DOES work but oral doses are tricky and have to be done right!

Your welcome! You'll want to take it 15 days BEFORE your period. When your progesterone level is highest. It works with your own bodies progesterone for breast growth. Your hormone levels during your period are at their minimum and need to be left that way or you'll be in a whole world of hurt. It will really mess your cycle up. I started using my cream/infusion on the first day of my period the first month, started taking very SMALL oral doses when I ovulated (about 14 or 15 days before period), and then stopped doing both the external application and oral doses during my period the second month. This kept me from missing or delaying my period. Could still happen but didn't for me this way. Never take the oral doses or use the external application during your period after your first month. Use the "spray" at all times between your periods starting your second month and only take oral doses the 15 days BEFORE. It is the only time you'll experience significant growth because of your progesterone level at the time. Taking it any other time is really just a waste and could potentially cause problems. Most websites are wrong and taking it some ways could be dangerous because it fluctuates estrogen levels during the wrong time. The breast spray only effects the skin/ outer tissue but will help firm. My cream/ infusion is transdermal, penetrating to the estrogen receptors and blood stream causing a whole breast/ body effect. It's how I'm able to get a US patent. I had significant growth and went into remission from my autoimmune disorder before I even began oral doses which was a few months later. You might want to start out with very MINIMAL doses and work your way up. Can cause some unwanted side effects during the adjustment phase and this is what I did to build up a tolerance and prevent most initial side effects. I'm kind of a PM guru at this point, had to be because my situation was life threatening.
PM is awesome, has saved my life, and brought quality of life back to MANY women, it does work if you use a quality product and use it properly.
I can be contacted at info@awarenessforaipa.com for more info.

thank you again She-rah! I find your advice EXTREMELY helpful due to the fact that there aren't specific instructions that i could find ANYWHERE on the internet. when you say to take it 15 days before my period, do i stop taking it on the 15th day? or do i wait to stop until i have started my period? i'm only asking because my periods are regular but slightly unpredictable...it could start anywhere between the 28th-35th day. i'm going to follow your advice, because it seems the most logical out of everything else i've heard!

Your very welcome! Can't stand negative feedback on lack of results from some because it DOES work and is an excellent treatment, it just has to be done right. Too many people give up too soon or just don't use it right for what they're wanting. I've experimented a TON over the last 2 yrs. to get myself on a proper schedule and good dose, permanent treatment for me. I only weighed 96 lbs. and was suffering repeated anaphylaxis (multiple organ involvement)when I developed and started using my treatments. Seriously never thought I would grow AT ALL because of my health and no body fat percentage. Yes, stop using the day you START your period even if it's 15, 16, 17... days on the oral doses. Make sure you have ovulated (usually around 14 days before you start your period), and then start taking them. I have 5 typed pages of instructions I send with my treatments because every website says something different. Most item instructions are written in Thai. Of course my instructions are based on my own experiences and research and need to be slightly modified per individual needs but at least it gives women more specifics on it's use. Massage, Massage, Massage with the spray, it probably won't tell you that but it stimulates breast response and wear a loose fitting bra to keep the estrogen from dispersing throughout the rest of the body, at all times except during application. Getting close to my 5 pages of instructions on here,:)

Also, did you take the pills for 15 days a month or every day a month?

Thank you!!

The strongest pyhtoestrogen and breast enhancement herb by far is pueraria mirifica - all others look like placebo's in comparison! Do the research people I tried for years and am now happy with my breasts after finding these. I order direct from thailand and it's very cheap and powerful. Use 2 pills a day 500mg each one in the morning and one at night and also get the cream and use that twice daily. From barely a b-cup to a full c-cup in about 6 months and I think I am going to grow more as my breasts are hurting again which usually indicates more growth - got them from ainterolherbs.com .

Women, if you have had breast cancer do NOT use phyto-estrogens without checking with your doctor first!

It's just not right for a huckster to come in here and attempt to glean customers in THIS forum.
